By accessing or using the Kenya Verification Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from initiating verification checks or payments on this website.

2. Description of Service

Our portal acts as an automated search gateway providing access to public and institutional verification reports including IPRS ID verification, CRB clearance status, HELB statement status, and BRS business registrations.

3. Search Consent & Permissible Use

You warrant that any National ID number, phone number, or company registration number queried belongs to you or that you possess explicit authorization from the subject individual or legal entity to verify their record status.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

• Verification fees (e.g., KES 50.00) are payable upfront via Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push processed through KopoKopo.
• Payments unlock the specific search result query generated during that session.
• In the event of network delays or delayed M-Pesa callbacks, users can query status via the manual re-check option. Fees are non-refundable once search results are successfully unlocked.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While we source data directly through official API frameworks, information availability is subject to third-party database uptime (e.g., Safaricom, Credit Reference Bureaus, Government Registrar systems). We are not liable for temporary service interruptions or official data inaccuracies originating from source registries.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
